My favorite foamy milk recipe is an unusual but a super healthy and exceptionally delicious one. I call it MELON MILK. The ingredients are very simple. Blend the strained melon seed tea with some almond milk (3:1 ratio) and optional stevia. It becomes very foamy and creamy.
