Should 13 year olds be allowed to drive?

Kids should not drive when they’re thirteen because young teenagers have a LOT to learn about driving and can be bad idea if those young teenagers get hurt. They are still in a kid age. Letting kids drive this age is a really bad idea. They may crash into other cars, trees, or other, things that can harm them.
