Is the ICC charging tolls?

The Intercounty Connector (ICC) is a variably priced facility, where tolls are higher during peak travel times (Monday – Friday, 6 a.m. – 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. – 7 p.m.) and reduced during off-peak and overnight pricing periods.

Can I use ICC without E-ZPass?

Intercounty Connector (ICC)/MD 200 – E-ZPass® Tolls are collected electronically using E-ZPass® and Video Tolling at highway speeds. Toll facility customers who do not have an E-ZPass and travel the ICC will be sent a bill in the mail and charged the Video Toll Rate (VTR).

Tolls are collected only in the northbound direction at the 12-lane toll plaza, located one mile north of the Millard Tydings Memorial Bridge over the Susquehanna River. The I-95 ETL, is the second all electronic toll facility in Maryland and will bring much needed traffic relief to one of the most congested portions of I-95 in Baltimore.
